Top-notch Client Service The guidance and advice provided by Aoife before booking was very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the villas in Barbados are gorgeous, but we were given her professional, objective and gentle input attuned to our needs and budget that made the process pleasant and easy. Every little detail post-booking was attended to promptly and cheerfully by Rowena. I must have asked a thousand questions and was met with only patient eagerness to assist. She organized airport transfers, restaurant reservations, rental car and sports activities — she even mapped out the number of steps we needed to take to get to the beach! I would recommend the quality of client service provided by Exceptional Villas very highly and certainly would consult them again.

We recently returned from Barbados… We recently returned from Barbados after a 7-night stay at Foster House arranged expertly by Yvonne and Rowena of Exceptional Villas. We shared this magnificent villa with our two sons and their families. With a stunning view of the water, and such spacious and beautiful accommodations, we had everything at our disposal. The staff were wonderful - we were blessed to have Cheryl, our cook, and her lovely staff. They were kind and friendly to us all. The house was always clean and the food delicious. First Rate. Best. Typically once you make a reservation, that’s it. However. Once we made our reservation at smugglers cove, Barbados the attention just began. Bless Rowena for making sure that we had reservations , the best table at each restaurant, the kindest chef ( Andre. Who is such an incredible chef that we cancelled our reservations!) and laundry pressed. Not our first time at an incredible resort but honestly they could write the manual. Thank you.

Would definitely use this company again. Very responsive and helpful company. They can do as much or as little for you as you want. They provide concierge service throughout your stay which is incredibly helpful, particularly if your plans change or you decide to add on (or subtract) activities. Our Villa was spectacular. The staff was very friendly, thorough and accommodating.

Exceptional Villas - you can see why they use that name…! Fabulous help from the initial enquiry, through the booking process and the support whenever we needed it. On arrival a warm greeting from Diana and Candy started the holiday in a perfect way. Very helpful and even though we were late arriving we didn’t feel they were in a rush to leave. Fabulous place so a great start. Let’s see what the next two weeks bring.
