Always available to guide me through planning process I required a lot of hand holding throughout the planning stages of this family trip. Every question I posed was answered promptly and courteously no matter how basic the question.

A wonderful place! I stayed at Noble House with a group of college girlfriends. We had such a wonderful time! Chef Kevin prepared traditional Jamaican dishes that we loved! Chris Roy and Jaylen kept us happy with rum concoctions and amazing place settings. The level of care we received from the entire team was perfect! We hired a driver for the week, but honestly, there isn’t much reason to leave the villa. It’s lovely and the staff is wonderful!!! Highly, highly recommend!

Would definitely use this company again. Very responsive and helpful company. They can do as much or as little for you as you want. They provide concierge service throughout your stay which is incredibly helpful, particularly if your plans change or you decide to add on (or subtract) activities. Our Villa was spectacular. The staff was very friendly, thorough and accommodating.

All of the villas in Barbados are gorgeous, but we were given her professional, objective and gentle input attuned to our needs and budget that made the process pleasant and easy. Every little detail post-booking was attended to promptly and cheerfully by Rowena. I must have asked a thousand questions and was met with only patient eagerness to assist. She organized airport transfers, restaurant reservations, rental car and sports activities — she even mapped out the number of steps we needed to take to get to the beach! I would recommend the quality of client service provided by Exceptional Villas very highly and certainly would consult them again.
