Eddie you are absolutely amazing Eddie you are absolutely amazing! You turned a mom's worst nightmare her 16 old child stranded alone at LAS due to a canceled flight into a fix with a smile. You were so kind and so helpful even while I was panicking at first but by the end of our call my child had a flight I knew he was going to be safe and I could breathe.
