Eddie you are absolutely amazing Eddie you are absolutely amazing! You turned a mom's worst nightmare her 16 old child stranded alone at LAS due to a canceled flight into a fix with a smile. You were so kind and so helpful even while I was panicking at first but by the end of our call my child had a flight I knew he was going to be safe and I could breathe. In this day and age that level kind of customer service is hard to come by I knew you cared to help and I truly appreciated it.

Stay away Stay away. Agents are liars they sell you tickets amd provide you a wrong booking number. You go to the airport and that ticket number doesn’t exist. So it means you cannot travel and they blame you pretending you were late at the airport.
