He was polite and very kind. He was sensitive and showed compassion and did everything he could to help me. I was pleased with his service.

Jeffrey was great Jeffrey was great. He helped me book my ticket for my daughter London Lubinich. The agent prior to him quoted me 299$ and Jeffry quoted me $119 which is still more than online but better than 299.

Stay away Stay away. Agents are liars they sell you tickets amd provide you a wrong booking number. You go to the airport and that ticket number doesn’t exist. So it means you cannot travel and they blame you pretending you were late at the airport.

You were so kind and so helpful even while I was panicking at first but by the end of our call my child had a flight I knew he was going to be safe and I could breathe. In this day and age that level kind of customer service is hard to come by I knew you cared to help and I truly appreciated it.
