GBHappy Go Lucky was the perfect home… Happy Go Lucky was the perfect home away from home for our vacation to Florida. The house is gorgeous and incredibly spacious! The kitchen was beautifully stocked with absolutely everything we could need. Every couple in our group had their own master suites with private bathrooms, and the upstairs bunkrooms would be absolutely perfect for kids (next time!) The pool area is beautiful and the multiple outdoor sitting areas made for great quiet get-away time. The private beach area was the icing on the cake. A two minute walk and you're relaxing in the sun on comfy beach chairs with umbrellas watching the waves roll in! The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of really good restaurants and coffee shops. It doesn't get any better than this!!

GBBest Vacation House Ever! Best Vacation House Ever! Our family of 15 people stayed here for a week and had the time of our lives. This house was beyond our expectations. The kitchen was so well stocked with pots, pans, small appliances, utensils, serving bowls, plates, etc. We cooked the entire time and had everything we needed there. We used the grill a couple of times as well. We did go buy more dishwasher pods and dish soap along with trash bags and paper towels. The king sized beds were so comfortable and everyone having their own spacious bathroom was great. The decks were enjoyed by everyone. The tub in the hall bathroom on the second floor was nice for those that wanted a soak. The washer and dryer on both the second and third floor was convenient. This house was built with comfort and amenities in mind. We all had ample sitting room in the main living room and on the third floor. We had fun playing pool, video games, and card games. I created a scavenger hunt based on things in the house that our family had a blast doing. (I gave a copy to Carrie the house manager if you are interested) We paid to have the pool and spa heated because we went in April which was great because we were in there all day, every day. We also paid to use the elevator because of my mother's handicap but we all ended up using it at one point for luggage and such. The walk to the beach was less than a football field. My kids walked to Dollar General a couple of times and my sister even walked to the outlet mall. My sister and I drove a couple of miles to get seafood to cook one night. Basically, this house is convenient to so many things! I can't say enough great things about Carrie our house manager. She was so kind, friendly and quick to answer any questions. Honestly, I hope we come back every year to this house! I highly recommend this house.

GBSkipper’s Escape We stayed at Skipper’s Escape, a super quick and easy walk to the public beach at Shirah Street. The heated pool was a huge hit with our six grandkids ages 9-2, and with all the adults. We rented pool toys and beach gear and were very happy with what we received. The house itself was for sale and needs some TLC. Two kitchen drawer fronts fell right off as did one bathroom vanity door. Two beach lounge chairs were broken and unusable. One tub barely drained and the upstairs AC didn’t work. Beach Reunion was VERY responsive when I called and sent their people right over for repairs.
