We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping anywhere from 8 to 38 guests. We proudly host vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin & Miramar Beach, Florida. Our program proudly features a coastal collection of large group homes, smaller cottage style homes and a group of gulf front houses. Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Drive. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning. We entertain thousands of guests and host hundreds of weddings annually in our 50+ top of the line properties. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for over ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties. Our goal is to provide superior service due to our limited geographical area and upscale properties. We strive not to be the biggest but the BEST! PERFECT HOUSE FOR FUN! We had a fantastic long weekend at Happy Go Lucky with our large group of friends! The pool was large and the beach, with reserved chairs was just a 5 min. walk away. The kitchen and dining area had lots of dish ware and plenty of seats for our big group. The location was perfectly located with many restaurants and shopping areas nearby- will definitely return for another wonderful vacation!

Clean, modern, and HUGE This is our second year staying at this property. We have 7 families (34 total people) and it fit us perfectly; we were never crowded or cramped! Carrie the host goes above and beyond to make sure ALL our needs are met! Communication was very thorough the entire process. We would definitely book this property again or find another property with Beach Reunion!

The house was great The house was great, clean and ready for us. The Beach Reunion staff is outstanding and were very attentive to our requests- just the best experience once again!!!

This house was amazing This house was amazing! We opted for heating the pool and it basically turned the entire pool into a hot tub. The kids loved swimming in evenings when it was chilly and windy. Every room had its own full bathroom which is the best idea ever, we could all shower at the same time and never ran out of hot water. The house also has very nice finishes throughout. The kitchen appliances were top notch, and the built in grill was great for steak night!

Beautiful house with lots of space for… Beautiful house with lots of space for 13 of us. Heated pool was fantastic. If you are staying in March I recommend paying the extra for the heat, money well spent. The only complaint I would have is 3 Adirondack chairs were broken and a lounge chairs was broke on the pool deck. We did have to contact Beach Reunion about our pool water being cloudy and they sent out a pool guy to clean it within a few hours. Very accommodating. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach. I would totally recommend this place and can't wait to come back again.
