The process is easy and they are always available in the unlikely event an issue arises. They do everything they can to make your trip a memorable experience without issues. General maintenance . Grill and dishwasher need to be replaced . Lightbulbs were missing and no one is replacing them. Overall maintenance of the house is lacking . Staff of rental company is responsive , however things are not getting done !

We recently stayed at Happy Trees… We recently stayed at Happy Trees Cabin. Our stay was amazing. When we walked in there was a welcome package for us. Blue Ridge Mountain rentals are exceptional! They always kept in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Thank you all for your hospitality, especially Amy Wright!
