General maintenance . Grill and dishwasher need to be replaced . Lightbulbs were missing and no one is replacing them. Overall maintenance of the house is lacking . Staff of rental company is responsive , however things are not getting done !

We loved Good Medicine We loved Good Medicine. It was clean, well appointed and convenient to most of the places we wanted to go in the high country. All of the guests had plenty of space to relax both indoors and out.

Blue Ridge has the best homes and the… Blue Ridge has the best homes and the easiest process ever. The home we rented was beautiful. They made it easy. I have rented with Blue Ridge several times and I have never been disappointed.

Another great experience with Blue Ridge We are repeat renters through Blue Ridge and have rented several different homes in Eagles Nest now. Blue Ridge does a great job of maintaining and cleaning the homes. They pay attention to the details. We had 2 small issues and they were very professional on the phone and came out within the hour to resolve for us! The home was very nice and we had a wonderful long weekend.

Great experience Blue Ridge did an awesome job. They responded quickly to all requests. We had a couple of requested accommodations that they handled. The ability to text through the customer service number was nice.
