I had three Wyndham timeshare contracts… I had three Wyndham timeshare contracts and started working with Timeshare Specialists in mid October to “sell” them. Two were sold with some of the proceeds for their fee as clearly stated in our contract and the remainder to me. The third contract was Wyndham Access and I paid the agreed upon fees to transfer that. I am happy with the experience with Resort Closings. It took about three months to obtain buyers and transfer deeds, etc. to Wyndham in January for their acceptance. I continued to pay $808 monthly maintenance fees to Wyndham thru April until they reviewed and officially accepted the new owners.

Well done experience. We were kept in the know as the process was moving forward. We began process mid November, 2022 and was completed by mid March, 2023. We were glad to have "stumbled" upon the website as we were exploring options for getting rid of our time share. Their price was very reasonable compared to other companies we explored.

What an awesome experience What an awesome experience. I was so reluctant to use anyone due to the many scams associated with timeshare sales. Most want money up front and never come through on your expectations. I was so pleased with Dallas and Jinger They made the process so easy and smooth. Proceed with Confidence Like many others, we were skeptical at first but found the process easier and went faster than expected. Service was excellent too. The only thing is that this is an expensive process and more so since we live in Canada. When you convert our Canadian dollar to US dollar there is quite a difference. This of course is not the fault of Time Share Specialists. We are really happy that we went through the process and finally got rid of our timeshare. We found a company to help After 10 years of timeshare ownership, my wife and I decided it was time to give up the timeshare. There were a variety of reasons to get out, none of which were dissatisfaction with the beautiful resort which was our "homeweek" facility. Our only real issue throughout the 10 years was the constant phone calls trying to talk us into purchasing more "points", especially after telling the salespeople that we were NOT going to buy more! We starting looking into how to get out of our timeshare by talking to the ownership of the timeshare. No dice. They would not even take back our obligation if we gave it to them! So, fast forward to about 8 months ago. My wife showed me a web site that listed possible companies that would help you get out of timeshare obligations. When I contacted the second company I spoke with Mr. Kushman with Timeshare Specialists. He was patient, informative, straight-up, and VERY prompt responding to our questions over the 6 months it took to complete the paperwork. Yes it cost money to get out, but the amount paid will be evened out after three years of paying the timeshare yearly "fees, taxes. etc. to the timeshare if we were still obligated. No, we did not get any of our initial investment in the timeshare, but we knew that two years ago. Timeshare Specialists require NO up front money. Many do, and STAY AWAY FROM ANY THAT DO! It did take about 5 months to get out of our obligation, but looking back it was well worth it. All in all, the team at Timeshare Specialists was great!
