Timeshare Relief Both John & Jinger kept me informed during the whole process of selling our timeshare. Jinger took over with resort closings once John found a buyer. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One has to be realistic about how much money you’ll be able to get for a timeshare. This is an honest company that you can trust. They will mot make you promises that are unrealistic. It took us 6 months to sell our timeshare with no worry, because they took care of everything.

Proceed with Confidence Like many others, we were skeptical at first but found the process easier and went faster than expected. Service was excellent too. The only thing is that this is an expensive process and more so since we live in Canada. When you convert our Canadian dollar to US dollar there is quite a difference. This of course is not the fault of Time Share Specialists. We are really happy that we went through the process and finally got rid of our timeshare. You Won't Find Anything Better Timeshare Specialists, Inc. were great. Just received notice that my timeshare was transferred. No more HOA fees!!! Dallas was very helpful and upfront about pricing and process. The pricing she offered to do this was very, very fair. No upfront, add-ons or additional fees. The process from start to finish only took about three months. Their business model is way better and more ethical than what some of these high priced timeshare share exit companies and attorneys offer and promise. I was so impressed with their services that I already recommended Timeshare Specialist to some friends.

I had three Wyndham timeshare contracts… I had three Wyndham timeshare contracts and started working with Timeshare Specialists in mid October to “sell” them. Two were sold with some of the proceeds for their fee as clearly stated in our contract and the remainder to me. The third contract was Wyndham Access and I paid the agreed upon fees to transfer that. I am happy with the experience with Resort Closings. It took about three months to obtain buyers and transfer deeds, etc. to Wyndham in January for their acceptance. I continued to pay $808 monthly maintenance fees to Wyndham thru April until they reviewed and officially accepted the new owners.
