I’ve had wonderful customer experience… I’ve had wonderful customer experience booking through Island Vacation Rentals, the staff is always friendly and help in anyway they can. Our rental for the week on Sanibel Island is clean, has a wonderful view, and we are looking forward to a return visit next year. I highly recommend Island Vacation Rentals I’ve never had a a bad experience.

We had a wonderful time this year… We had a wonderful time this year staying at the house. It was absolutely perfect and beautiful. We didn't need to really by to much stuff, they had everything in the house. All the people who came to maintain the home were very respectful and did a great job.

Couldn’t ask for better people to work… Couldn’t ask for better people to work with. The staff at Island Vacations are so professional and helpful. Every issue I had was taken care of promptly and with minimal interruption to our vacation. Can’t wait until next year.

Disappointing service I normally give 5 stars but this year we had a maintenance problem that took 5 days to resolve. When we arrived the refrigerator was leaking. We cleaned it up. It continued to get worse. We had towels down sopping it up, putting dry towels down and washing the wet ones. We had a puddle in the kitchen. We reported the problem 3 times. Man came out and looked at it and said he couldn't find any leaks. It wasn't until the condo below us reported water coming through the ceiling did anything get done. After fixing our leak, they left the mess on the floor. Icemaker still wasn't working. We had no icemaker all week. Very disappointing.

The folks at Island Vacations are… The folks at Island Vacations are simply the best! Efficient, responsive and SUPER friendly! We’ve enjoyed 3 stays with the this year, with a 4th scheduled in October. Our July/August trip requires some logistical gymnastics as we have family coming and going at different times. The Island Vacation folks couldn’t have been more accommodating! We’re looking forward to our next visit in October!
