If you want to relax and enjoy your trip knowing that someone else is managing the details, and managing the locals managing the details, she is the one. Also handled original covid cancellations and deposit refunds beautifully. Above and beyond excellent service—I just wish she could have been one of the guests given how lovely she is to interact with.

Cartagena rentals was a five star… Cartagena rentals was a five star experience. Martha Hampton was so professional and responsive. Our home rental for the week was just wonderful and the support staff couldn’t treat us any better. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional Exceptional! Martha was amazing from day 1, she helped us prepare a perfect itinerary and gave us recommendations on everything. She arranged our transportation to and from the airport, rent us the most beautiful house in the old town Casa Gaston, helped us rent a catamaran to visit Islas del Rosario and connected us with a tour guide to do a walking tour of getsemani and the fort. Additionally, she helped us get all the restaurant reservations done and make sure the house staff provided us food and all that we needed. Everything was fantastic 1000000/10. Can’t wait to go back

A wonderful experience.... Martha did a wonderful job for us - a real pro! The home was lovely and the staff was incredibly nice and very attentive - a real pleasure! Additionally all of Martha's suggestions - a boat trip, restaurants and golf - were great, and really provided a wonderful overview of the best of the city. Everyone that we met was very friendly and the city was spectacular.
