Nadja made the process very easy and was always available with a quick reply when I had questions. The owner's connection with a hotel partner allowed us to get space cleared on a particular villa. Fabulous!

Vacation to Costa Rica We had to make several changes to our itinerary. The staff was very nice about helping us and very efficient with their follow through.
