Everything was fantastic from my 1st call with Nadja, (who is a sweetheart!!!) right up to while my clients were in Costa Rica and wanted to change their excursion! As a Travel Advisor, it is so helpful to work with a company that has people on location to address any issues that may arise. Nadja is amazing to work with and has been so helpful with all of the details involved in planning my clients trip. Nadja was very prompt with answers to… Nadja was very prompt with answers to questions. But not all our drivers spoke English as promised. Also, we were told Monteverdi to San Jose was a 3 1/2 hour trip. It ended up being 5 1/2. Two souvenir stops were made. One bathroom stop would have been good. Fondavela Hotel needs spiffing up. Poor night lighting and grounds need more upkeep. Pool bar not open 3 days there and both hot tubs out of service.

Vacation to Costa Rica We had to make several changes to our itinerary. The staff was very nice about helping us and very efficient with their follow through. Everything went smoothly on our vacation. I was relaxed and felt confident that the various transportations would be on time. All the tours and the guides were absolutely excellent!
