Nadja was very prompt with answers to… Nadja was very prompt with answers to questions. But not all our drivers spoke English as promised. Also, we were told Monteverdi to San Jose was a 3 1/2 hour trip. It ended up being 5 1/2. Two souvenir stops were made. One bathroom stop would have been good. Fondavela Hotel needs spiffing up. Poor night lighting and grounds need more upkeep. Pool bar not open 3 days there and both hot tubs out of service.
