Amazing Remote Customer Care! Met by initial challenges and hard to believe that this online chat with Rozanne could be so helpful. She was extremely patient, thorough and knowledgable. Within minutes she resolved issues to the the point that the software was at full capacity. Empty Promises One of their main promises is if have a double booking, they will cover the costs. We have had multiple double bookings with their system and yet to see any compensation. System constantly has bugs and staff just says “we are working on it”. Great marketing followed by very poor results.

Syncbnb have been amazing very easy to… Syncbnb have been amazing very easy to setup and use (compared to a few other trial channel managers I’d tried). Any initial setup niggles have been very quickly addressed by the team via the chat function. Makes your life a LOT easier across all your booking channels. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
