Their software allows too many double booking and they fail to link my properties on numerous occasions. What’s more is they deleted my conversation where is specifically provided them with the property relations. They have yet to provide the full transcript of my conversation because they refuse to honor their so call no double booking guarantee policy. Stay clear of this software and their customer service.

Empty Promises One of their main promises is if have a double booking, they will cover the costs. We have had multiple double bookings with their system and yet to see any compensation. System constantly has bugs and staff just says “we are working on it”. Great marketing followed by very poor results.

Hosthub is recommended I reviewed most of the major short term rental apps. Hosthub, Hospitable and IGMS were the top three choices. Hospitable was too pricey. The IGMS app didn't work on my phone. Hosthub staff helped to setup which is great. The Android app and website work as advertised. Best of all Hosthub is reasonably priced.

Their Support is excellent, available 24/7 via chat or phone, our Account Manager is knowledgeable and always ready to assist, and the one time something went wrong, they stepped up, handled it professionally and made sure we were out of it scratch free.
