The hotel is nasty. Bad smell Even The hanger corrosion. Its horrible. They selling your order to another company. I calledvacation vip, They said we are sponsor for another company. You're not booking from us. Definitely Unhonest company

Good experience! I called agency but had to request call back instead of holding on the phone. Was very pleased to receive call back in about 10 min . Andrew Matos was very helpful, made the whole process of confirming dates very easy and pleasant. He went over all rules and details of the stay. Email confirmation was received about 5 min after the phone call ended. Overall nice experience.

Vacation VIP Experience with Carolina Speaking to Carolina and having her explain to me all the benefits, amenities, and resort experience I would encounter with my visit was amazing. She was very thorough, professional and made me feel like I wanted to know more. No pressure. I would and am going to share my experience with friends and family. She was excellent One thing I hate is a boring conversation! When I tell you I felt like me an the lady knew each other for years and we laughed an joked!! That’s how it should be. I appreciate her so much and we need more people like that in this world if I needed to pay for something else I would’ve just to stay on the phone with her I forgot her name but I will be calling in to get it

Trash Company According to the information I received, I had a confirmed reservation for the dates of September 13 through 16. However, upon my arrival at the Westgate Hotel, I was shocked to learn that no such reservation existed. The hotel's front desk attendant informed me that my reservation had been cancelled by a third party. In compliance with their suggestion, I promptly contacted the third party, Vacation VIP, but to my dismay, the response I received left me in a dire situation, alone, and thousands of miles away from my home. What was most distressing about this ordeal was the lackof empathy and concern displayed by the management at Vacation VIP. I spoke with two different managers and neither of them showed or expressed any empathy, compassion or understanding of my predicament. They simply stated that there was NOTHING they could do to assist me. The first manager that I spoke with initially had no suggestions or any process in place for situation as delegate as this and had to refer me to another manager that was promised to call me the following business day. I was made to feel like, "I was totally disregarded and left out in the cold to die!" I had no place to stay for the night and no way to get back to my home! I was contacted the next morning by an additional manager and the experience was just as bad as the night before. I was met with the same level of unprofessionalism and a complete absence of empathy, which only added to my distress. I was stranded, thousands of miles away from home, alone, without a reservation that Vacation VIP nor Westgate had cancelled, according to both parties and without any support or assistance from Vacation VIP whom I trusted. My immediate safety and well-being were jeopardized, and Vacation VIP was unwilling to take responsibility for the situation they had put me in. I would like to highlight that the way this situation was handled reflects poorly on Vacation VIP and has left me deeply disappointed. There is NO reason in the world that I would use your services or trust Vacation VIP with travel arrangements for me or any of my family or friends. I was not prepared to have to pay additional money for lodging as well as the securing additional accommodations. I owe my life to Westgate manager, Ivan Sanchez! If only he knew the magnitude of respect and compassion he demonstrated, and I will be forever grateful to him. He literally saved my LIFE! I had trusted Vacation VIP to ensure my accommodations and safety during my trip. Instead, I found myself in a situation that I would not wish upon anyone, and it was disheartening to see the lack of care and concern exhibited by the Vacation VIP managers.
