Working with VacationVIP… Jacob Cardinale of the VacationVIP Concierge Team was great to work with. Had a little hick-up through the process, but was handled nicely by them. Nobody was at fault, fixed it and now off to vacation. I'd recommend working with him and their team, have always treated me well.

Vacation VIP Experience with Carolina Speaking to Carolina and having her explain to me all the benefits, amenities, and resort experience I would encounter with my visit was amazing. She was very thorough, professional and made me feel like I wanted to know more. No pressure. I would and am going to share my experience with friends and family. BEWARE!!! Negative stars would be more accurate. Do not use this company. They are only after your money. They've called me continuously during my vacation with m children with threats and demands. Do not trust them and do not use them. They will reel you in with a "deal" and end up ruining your vacation. Lol them up on docial media like FB and YouTube to see other people's review of these people. PS: Their genetic reply below is, to be blunt, lies. I've all the call records and email communications. Furthermore, this company's lack of accountability and lies will be reported to the BBB. Companies like this one should not be allowed to continue to scam and harass people.

Good experience! I called agency but had to request call back instead of holding on the phone. Was very pleased to receive call back in about 10 min . Andrew Matos was very helpful, made the whole process of confirming dates very easy and pleasant. He went over all rules and details of the stay. Email confirmation was received about 5 min after the phone call ended. Overall nice experience.
