The building is beautiful!!! The building is beautiful!!!! And the RAs and staff at Pace were amazing. Though I did not get anytime to spend on any activities (I was working till 2 am - 6 days a week) it was so nice to see what all you did to engage the interns. The morning surprises were amazing for those of us who could not partake in anything else. The boat tour at the end would have been amazing as well - couldn’t make that either :( I had one problem in my room -/woke up with several bites - this was handled expeditiously , mattresss changed and stuff bagged so my parents could get it as 8 was at work - thank you! Loved living here!

Housing for summer interns We needed to find housing for our daughter in NYC during her summer internship. I spoke to many companies and cannot say enough about Intrnz. Josh was incredibly helpful but more importantly, he was kind and sensitive to our situation. We had been given false information from the University whose dorm she was going to live in so Josh got George involved and together they fixed what was going to be a tough situation for us. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend intrnz to anyone looking for housing in great neighborhoods in NYC

I had a tremendous Summer with intrnz… I had a tremendous Summer with intrnz at their Union Square residence. Easypeasy moving in, terrific location, the staff were so helpful. My roomie and I had so much fun. Would do it again for sure. Kathy

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Having landed my dream summer internship in NYC, I was excited, yet overwhelmed as to how I would find housing. INTRNZ was the perfect solution! The building was beautiful, clean with 24/7 security, on-site RA and so many perks! Closing the summer taking the boat tour was a blast, I made so many friends for life! TY to the amazing staff who made my experience so seamless and fun! Fantastic experience…HIGHLY recommend!
