They did some research into this and helped confirm my suspicions they were not! This company is not independent and is… This company is not independent and is managed by European Consumer Claims. Do not use either of these company’s. If you want to terminate your timeshare you can request a contract termination direct. We sent a letter recorded delivery and have had confirmation that our agreement has been surrendered with no further obligations. Don’t waste more money, it cost us £6.50 with Royal Mail and we did not pay our 2021 Maintenance Fees.

Help re timeshare compensation scam I was suspicious about a possible timeshare compensation scam so I rang Keith at this organisation. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful and confirmed it was indeed a scam. He has written an article based on my experience to warn other people. Brilliant.
