GBOverall good Overall, nice accommodations, great location, just thought they could have had a few more little conveniences, such as first roll paper towels or napkins, coffee filters, garbage bags, no hairdryers, etc. we went to Dollar Store & hopefully helped the guests after us. Maybe that is the norm in that area ??

GBI have rented at Seacrest on Okaloosa… I have rented at Seacrest on Okaloosa Island for 15 years and loved it. Holiday Isle Properties took over last year and it was a nightmare. The air conditioning went out the first week and was not fixed until the last 2 days of our monthly stay. The price has now tripled from last year and I have been unable to get a reply from Holiday Isle by email or phone to see if they are even offering monthly rates. Needless to say I have found another property to rent.

GBOur stay was very enjoyable with only… Our stay was very enjoyable with only one exception. The condition of the bathroom in the unit we stayed in was in need of repair. The tile floor was cracked and breaking apart. Tile slivers were on the floor in front of the bathtub; it was very uncomfortable to step out of the tub onto the unsteady flooring. In addition, the toilet appeared lose on the cracked tile. It bears repeating the floor was unsafe. All other aspects of the trip from booking until departure were seamless. Thank you.

GBThoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceana Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceana — condo was very nicely appointed with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only negative was the new TV service provider —it was way too complicated for a rental unit, and very frustrating to try and use for a short term. This does not diminish the comfort and enjoyment of the condo itself, since we didn’t go to the beach to watch TV.

GBSeacrest Oakaloosa Island: 3Million plus: Upgrades Holiday Isle has taken our units to a new level with thier Premier program. I invested and this summer paid off. SEACREST HOA is undertaken a 3 million plus in infastructure upgrade. Each Unit new with get sliding doors and windows with UVC light tint and very insulated from flux in temps. The outside and all area repainted and coated and new look and feel. This summer challenged renters and owns alike with major issues such as noise , trash , and parking with a small percent of renters. Steps are taken to ensure management handles accordingly. Oakaloosa Island still family friendly and those are Seacrest values and Holiday Isle as well who manages approx half of the units.
