Sandpiper Cove 8202 - Studio Sandpiper Cove 8202 was everything the photos and description said it was! We can see the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony, but not right on the beach. Which is exactly what we were looking for! The condo was immaculately clean and appears newly renovated! We're close enough to 98 West Palms Shopping Center,(Target, Winn Dixie, Walgreens & more) and many more shops and restaurants, which are all within walking distance, that we don't need a vehicle. The young ladies in the Holiday Isle Properties office have been more than welcoming and helpful! We still have another 7 of 11 weeks until we check out. So, I'll update towards check out date, but can't imagine anything but positives to come! This is perfect for us!

We have visited two of your properties We have visited two of your properties, Holiday Beach and Raquet club and the Inlet reef property, we stayed at the first listed for quite a few times in the last 25 years we stayed at the Inlet reef property this past year and found that more to our liking although both properties were exceptional. Overall good Overall, nice accommodations, great location, just thought they could have had a few more little conveniences, such as first roll paper towels or napkins, coffee filters, garbage bags, no hairdryers, etc. we went to Dollar Store & hopefully helped the guests after us. Maybe that is the norm in that area ??

Clean beautiful home Clean beautiful home. Perfect experience for my family. Not crowded at Destin during this time. One very small drawback was construction crew working across the street from this rental house with the loud backing beeps on their construction vehicles in the morning. This was just a small inconvenience. Management handled any concerns we had at house immediately, such as help getting fireplace working.

The property we rented matched the… The property we rented matched the photos online. No unexpected surprises. The rental company went above & beyond to be helpful. They placed a call to us on our arrival date to remind us of check-in procedures and to give directions. They also had sand buckets & beach toys for each of the five children traveling with us.
