Amazing weekend at Blue Ridge mountain cabin ! We stayed at the Blue Ridge Mountain property for a family reunion during the weekend of July 28th - 31st and I must confess it was nothing short of perfection. The cabin is immaculate with every room setup and beautifully arranged for guests. The property has some amazing views and after a ten hour drive from upstate NY, we felt so relaxed in this cabin and had a a fantastic time with extended family.

They had man towels and sheets. They were attentive to needs. Very professional. We all had zero complaints. We cannot wait to book our next trip here. Thank you so much ❤. Terrible communication!!! Terrible communication!!!! Our cabin stay was during the week, last week, and I am STILL waiting to hear back from management!! The house we paid for relied completely on propane and when we checked into the cabin the propane tank was completely empty!! We had no heat and no hot water!! It was more than 24 hours when we were sent 3 space heaters, one of which stopped working after 2 minutes of use! We did not have BASIC amenities until 22 hours prior to our checkout!! All I have received is a handful of apologies from remote reservation staff!! I have sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls about speaking to management and I have yet to hear back from anyone about any kind of refund! The cabin I paid for was not the cabin my family received!!

The team at Carolina Cabins Rentals was… The team at Carolina Cabins Rentals was very responsive and helpful. Everything was handled easily online and we received confirmation immediately along with a follow up call to see if we had any questions or needed anything. We later added a day and got a call back right away with a positive response and updated paperwork. Check in remotely was easy and use of the app for directions and door entry was nice. We would definitely go through them again not to mention our cabin was spectacular.

Great experience with Carolina… We had a great experience with Carolina Cabin Rentals. We got emails leading up to our rental date with all the information we needed about the house and helpful tips for varying weather conditions. The hot tub had a bit of sediment on top of the water and in the filter when we arrived and when we called CCR about it they were very friendly and responsive and sent someone out to clean it within a couple of hours. We would recommend them and rent through them again.
