GBWe had a great stay We had a great stay. your correspondence and customer support answered all my questions on a quick and courteous fashion. The cabin itself was excellent very well furnished and in an excellent location. neat and clean always helps and it was. My brother-in-law with back problems can only sleep in a recliner and the cabin had two. Also enjoyed sitting outside one evening watching the stars without much light pollution. would definitely rent from carolina cabins again.

GBFor clean comfortable cabin with wonderful support try Carolina Cabin Rentals! We have rented through Carolina Cabin Rentals in Boone NC several times. The homes have been beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We needed to call to have them check the dishwasher and they were great with their response. The fellows came quickly and fixed the problem. The reservation platform is easy to use, and responsive to questions. The house we stayed in this summer had keyless entry that was really simple with no fear of losing the key. I have only positive things to say!!

GBNot as great as website photos may lead you to believe As others mentioned, it is difficult to communicate with the office due to so many diff staff you may get. Some are very rude & condescending. The cabin furnishings & design are top notch but you need to know that the shower pressure & hot water volume is poor; drinking water from tap is terrible; strong smell of gas each morning after we cooked breakfast & showered. So much so that we became nauseous. We have stayed at other cabin & vacation home agencies before and we won't be returning to this one.

GBTerrible communication!!! Terrible communication!!!! Our cabin stay was during the week, last week, and I am STILL waiting to hear back from management!! The house we paid for relied completely on propane and when we checked into the cabin the propane tank was completely empty!! We had no heat and no hot water!! It was more than 24 hours when we were sent 3 space heaters, one of which stopped working after 2 minutes of use! We did not have BASIC amenities until 22 hours prior to our checkout!! All I have received is a handful of apologies from remote reservation staff!! I have sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls about speaking to management and I have yet to hear back from anyone about any kind of refund! The cabin I paid for was not the cabin my family received!!

GBGreat experience with Carolina… We had a great experience with Carolina Cabin Rentals. We got emails leading up to our rental date with all the information we needed about the house and helpful tips for varying weather conditions. The hot tub had a bit of sediment on top of the water and in the filter when we arrived and when we called CCR about it they were very friendly and responsive and sent someone out to clean it within a couple of hours. We would recommend them and rent through them again.
