Quiet getaway Rented this beautiful home for a sister trip. A little secluded, but not too far out from Blue Ridge, GA and Murphy, NC. We appreciated the firewood for the fire pit being cut and ready and the s'mores fixings! As native Floridians, we were a little nervous driving up the roads in the dark, but we just scheduled our outings for daylight!

Evolve model fit me perfectly! I use Evolve for one of my STRs. I have been extremely happy. I secured my own housekeeping and maintenance, but the 10% Evolve charges takes the marketing/booking/finance for multiple sites off of my shoulders. Well worth it. I’ve had two insurance claims that were covered with no problem.

Evolve does not permit owners to adjust… Evolve does not permit owners to adjust rates for specific dates. Other STR companies, such as Airbandb allow this. There is a significant national event occurring in our market that will bring in huge crowds. I am prevented from capitalizing on this potential revenue.

They are incompetent and they couldn’t care less I don’t know whether to be flattered or flabbergasted. Evolve set my rental at $10,820/night!!! (Should be maybe 125/night). When I called customer service, they said it was “just a placeholder” but no one removed the placeholder. And oh yes, they have no idea how long it will take to fix the error. And then the solution was to block my unit off as owner-booked, or to “resign the listing.” Unbelievable!!! Apparently, you either have to take their atrocious incompetence, or leave it. BEWARE!!!! Follow up: They have fixed the issue, although they have still not had a manager give us a call as we requested.
