No one would answer the front desk… No one would answer the front desk phone. Requested foam pillows and only had feather in the room (we are highly allergic). Took 5 tries and 2 hours to resolve. No front desk person after 9pm and not told where to get additional assistance if needed after 9pm. Was told via message in the app that I was getting a $50 hospitality credit which as of today still has not hit my credit card. Tried to call hotel during the daytime and it rang off the hook. Very frustrating experience and plan not to stay at this location again.

Dirty washcloth on the floor when I… Dirty washcloth on the floor when I checked in, never got picked up or removed. Lack of towels and wash cloths available. Noise in hallways late at night. Hot tub not functional and dining was expensive and not very good.

As always As always, smart, helpful and friendly service provided starting from start of the vacation to the finish. That is what sets Disney apart from all the others in my opinion. Stress free reservations, dinning and travel, so wonderful. Also, any problem or discrepancy is resolved with benefits to not only the customer, but to Disney it's self. A fun, friendly, family place to stay and relax. I love the phrase "Welcome Home", because that is what it sure feels like when we visit and stay at the resorts. That is why we keep coming back and will for many years to come. Thanks Disney for your magical atmosphere, and magical touch.

We did have a nice time however there… We did have a nice time however there were some challenges due I’m sure to covid and staffing. There was no where close to the room to get food and no delivery so that got old fast. I got stuck on a bus for 45 minutes due to temp drivers not knowing the routes. A lot of shops and places were closed and no characters were around. It was still really fun but definitely deflected a bit from the overall experience

The resort is amazing The resort is amazing. The buildings and the grounds are beautiful, clean and conveniently located. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The only bad thing was that the people next to our room were very very noisy till midnight so we did not get enough sleep, unfortunately.
