GBVillanovo was great and very… Villanovo was great and very responsive. Unfortunately we could not get flights to the island for the dates in April that were available for the villa we wanted. We'll start earlier next time

GBLack of response Our first e-mail was responded to very quickly. However we are still waiting for replies from two further e-mails so we have booked through someone else. Disappointing because we were very keen on the villa.

GBExcellent service The web site showed good quality photographs of the villa and a detailed description. Our emails and telephone calls with Veronique were promptly replied to and she couldn't have been more helpful. The payment of the deposit was straightforward. We were fortunate to be able to view the villa and meet Veronique as we were already holidaying on the island at the time of booking. It was a pleasure to meet Veronique and we look forward to meeting her again next summer.
