I have recently booked villas in… I have recently booked villas in Mauritius through Ms.Evane, the procedure was smooth and expedited well by her. I will surely recommend Villanovo.

AGENCY TO BE AVOIDED!!!! I have sent a number of requests for holiday properties in Vilamoura, the rep Nuesa CRISTINA eventually replied to one of my emails confirming that one of the properties was available but ignoring to mention the other properties I had also enquired about. When chasing her for these properties and after another day without response, she told me these were not available and sent me a long list of properties scattered around the Algarve (despite my request for villas in Vilamoura only), with prices ranging from 10000 euros to 56000 euros... She was obviously not interested in sending me what I wanted but what she wanted to sell. I sent one final email with more properties in Vilamoura that I liked and have not heard from her since. Impersonal and unprofessional service. Luckily I found another agency in the UK who was able to help me within less than 2 hours of my request and have now booked my summer holiday villa with them.

My family this year would not be using… My family this year would not be using one of the villa's at Villanovo. Yet once I looked at their website and also sent them an email inquiring about the villa to suit my family. I was very impressed with their quick response and wonderful feed back. Thank you so much

Villanovo was great and very… Villanovo was great and very responsive. Unfortunately we could not get flights to the island for the dates in April that were available for the villa we wanted. We'll start earlier next time

The process was a little slow and… The process was a little slow and inconsistent. We requested all available properties in Marrakech over a certain set of dates, and were told only a fraction of possible options. When we enquired about others that seemed to show availablity online, they were magically available again. The pricing was inconsistent with the online rates, and the response time was slow (often several follow-ups needed on our end to get a reply). All in all, I was not left 100% confident in our booking process and expectations of what will happen on arrival.
