CAI have sent several emails regarding a… I have sent several emails regarding a booking and I have received no response. Bad customer service. They just lost thousands of Canadian dollars by not replying for a potential booking in Mauritius. You snooze you lose.

CAThe process was a little slow and… The process was a little slow and inconsistent. We requested all available properties in Marrakech over a certain set of dates, and were told only a fraction of possible options. When we enquired about others that seemed to show availablity online, they were magically available again. The pricing was inconsistent with the online rates, and the response time was slow (often several follow-ups needed on our end to get a reply). All in all, I was not left 100% confident in our booking process and expectations of what will happen on arrival.

OMMy family this year would not be using… My family this year would not be using one of the villa's at Villanovo. Yet once I looked at their website and also sent them an email inquiring about the villa to suit my family. I was very impressed with their quick response and wonderful feed back. Thank you so much
