AGENCY TO BE AVOIDED!!!! I have sent a number of requests for holiday properties in Vilamoura, the rep Nuesa CRISTINA eventually replied to one of my emails confirming that one of the properties was available but ignoring to mention the other properties I had also enquired about. When chasing her for these properties and after another day without response, she told me these were not available and sent me a long list of properties scattered around the Algarve (despite my request for villas in Vilamoura only), with prices ranging from 10000 euros to 56000 euros... She was obviously not interested in sending me what I wanted but what she wanted to sell. I sent one final email with more properties in Vilamoura that I liked and have not heard from her since. Impersonal and unprofessional service. Luckily I found another agency in the UK who was able to help me within less than 2 hours of my request and have now booked my summer holiday villa with them.

Terrible service Terrible service. Delay answer or not answer to the email and saying I could not book because I am too young. I will give terrible reviews with everyone about Villanovo.

I have sent several emails regarding a… I have sent several emails regarding a booking and I have received no response. Bad customer service. They just lost thousands of Canadian dollars by not replying for a potential booking in Mauritius. You snooze you lose.

Excellent service The web site showed good quality photographs of the villa and a detailed description. Our emails and telephone calls with Veronique were promptly replied to and she couldn't have been more helpful. The payment of the deposit was straightforward. We were fortunate to be able to view the villa and meet Veronique as we were already holidaying on the island at the time of booking. It was a pleasure to meet Veronique and we look forward to meeting her again next summer.
