The young woman named Milly who helped me setup this vacation home was beyond exceptional she was extremely patient with me as she helped me with renting one of there properties and from the moment I reached out to the moment of check out she was more then helpful and great with me and my family. Future vacation rentals will be with them for sure. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience and service you guys gave. Would highly highly recommend you guys not only to friends but to family as well.

The staff at Elite are very easy to… The staff at Elite are very easy to work with. Whatever problem we’ve had in our vacation house as we call it, they’re on top of it right away. It would be nice to have a better mattress and a queen size bedroom we have had complaints from our visitors and it’s terribly uncomfortable other than that it’s a great home we love it, we have been returning to this home for many years and will continue to do so, God willing.🙏🏼 Thank you Elite.

Not going back! We have stayed with Elite Vacation Homes for many years, the cleanliness of the houses used to be really good. In 2019 we had a few issues with the house being dusty and having trash but we decided to book with them again in 2020. For about $500 a night my family had high expectations, after a very long drive we had to do our own cleaning since the house was very filthy and we found ants in the kitchen (countertops). The problem was reported to the office the same day of our arrival but they just said that the house was cleaned and inspected and didn't do anything.

family Vacation We were quite pleased with our stay at an Elite Vacation Home. Emerald Island is a very safe and well cared for Resort. The house we stayed in could use a little TLC like painting and carpet cleaning but other than that it was great and served our needs. We paid for pool heat and it really didn't warm up until on the 4th day. Quality dishes, glasses, pots and pans and everything we needed in the kitchen for meal preparation. The bedding and towels were decent quality too. Overall experience was good. Easily accommodated our group of 12.

Best vacation EVER!!!! It was amazing to work with Elite Vacation Homes for our Disney vacation. The home was clean and the check=in instructions were clear and easy to understand. The home we stayed in was modern and absolutely beautiful. The staff of Elite Vacation Homes did exactly what they promised they would do and exceeded our expectations. Our home was located close to Disney, less than a 15 minute drive. The private pool exceeded our expectations and the home possessed the basic appliances one would need to enjoy a vacation. We loved it so much, we are already planning to work with Elite Vacation Homes again for our next family vacation!
