Pool, Jacuzzi, and Lost iPad: Our HolidayKeepers Experience Yo, gotta give major props to HolidayKeepers for sorting us out with the Pool & Jacuzzi Mansion in Poconos. Weekend with the fam was off the charts! Oh, and get this – we left our iPad behind like dummies, but these legends found it while cleaning and shipped it back to Pittsburgh. 🙌 Only gripe? WiFi was a bit shaky. Still, huge thanks to the HolidayKeepers crew for making it epic – we'll be back for sure! 🎉🏊‍♂️

Best friends and family vacation We had one of our best friends and family gathering. HolidayKeepers also gave us a free upgrade considering number of people we had for a comfortable stay. Everyone loved the house and all the arrangements. Our experience was flawless starting with conveniently providing the parking tags. We had awesome time!!

NASTY in the Poconos They agreed to refund $1900 8 months ago which I have yet to receive. The house we rented was posted not rentable by the local authorities so we were switched to another. Second house was dirty, with mice running around all night long and standing water in the basement.

Not what we paid for We stayed at 1700 Jumper Rd PA… in the photos rooms had giant tvs … a home movie theater … when we get there some of the tvs werent close enough to and outlet so couldnt be used … just props it seems . The tvs that did have power had no remotes no access without trying to mirror from phone . They brought in portable ac units . But there weren’t any exhaust tubes to connect to windows so the front of the unit blew out cool air while the back was blowing out hot air into the room … useless . Property Landscape was not mowed . Pool …,,, jacuzzi dirt.No hot water. Everyone had to take cold showers…. Sections of the house outlets weren’t working … while there they had to send electrician to replace a breaker . After looking up reviews after we were disgusted with what we got compared to what was advertised we discovered same issues were posted years before . Nothing resolved . We did receive a small refund . Overall BEWARE !!!! Stay away !!!!!

great experience! I forgot my wallet at a house in the pocconos and i had a really positive experience getting it back, the person i spoke with over text was very nice and agreed to mail my wallet to me. overall, had a great time at the house and the owner is really nice!
