GBthe Refund policy needs some reveiw Somehow between Booking.com and Airpads two room got booked under my reservation. Once I saw the error I called both Airpads and Booking.com and despite both Amitting it was a mistake, Airpads declined to remove-thee extra room saying they have a strict non refundable room policy.

GBThere was a problem with my credit… There was a problem with my credit card. The customer service helped out perfectly. They trusted that the payment would come true. As were other hotels would immediate cancel the booking. The hotel was old but good! The only thing that bothered me was the cleaning cost of 95$. We are tidy people so not really necessary. But can understand that sometimes rooms take a long time to clean after a Vegas night!

GBBeautiful room with great view of… Beautiful room with great view of Vegas. Communication was great. This room has been one of the best rooms we've ever rented. Would definitely rent again.

CAhidden payment for everything hidden payment for everything, this is a scam you pay the access for the pool for access to the hotel for cleaning the room, just pay the normal hotel for the same price or less, they ask you information to access to the hotel like in police, I don't recommend this service. This company is a real skam they tray constantly to charge my card for things that I never use. to avoide, never use airpads!!!!

GBWe are thrilled! The signature was the best choice we could have ever made. The staff is extremely friendly and proactive, the service made check in and stay extremely comfortable. The rooms are super clean and in best conditions, our expectations were really satisfied. We are definitely going to book again and already recommended it to all of our friends.
