GBPhoenix X Stayed at Phoenix X last week with family in unit 1412. The condo was very dirty especially the floors . The silverware had food caked on most pieces as did many of the plates and pots present in the condo. The view was nice and we enjoyed the balcony. It was disappointing to see how dirty the condo was especially in the midst of the COVID pandemic . First thing we did when we arrived was go to Publix and buy cleaning supplies ( as well as incidentals like toilet paper and dish soap as they don’t provide anything but a single roll of toilet paper ) and clean the whole place .

GBStaying in unit 1109 in Phoenix East Staying in unit 1109 in Phoenix East. Dirty when we got here. Items as listed in description missing. Many things broken. General shabbiness. Important items missing brought to managements attention we were told basically “too bad, so sad” as that is the owners responsibility. Staff here worked hard to clean and repair what they could.Brett Robinson’s guarantee is a joke.

GBFirst family beach trip!! So happy we booked for the Memorial Day weekend (Thurs-Tues), which made our first getaway with the whole family even more memorable. As soon as I found out Gulf Shores beaches were open, we booked our trip to include my boyfriend and my brother's girlfriend, my niece, along with our parents. 3 bedroom condo at Phoenix X was clean, and LOTS of CDC guidelines being followed by Brett-Robinson - perfect!!! Staff was attentive, security checks and constant cleaning in high traffic areas; I wouldn't expect anything less having stayed at this property previously. My parents, who aren't crazy about the beach, loved it! Ready to book again!

GBTired condo, untrained staff We stayed in Phoenix X, unit 117 September 23 through 26 2021. The unit was on the end of the 1st floor which is very desirable location. The pool and outdoor grilling area were very nice. As far as the unit, it was tired and needs updating. The sofas were stained and dirty, garbage disposal didn't work, light bulbs need replacing over sink, under microwave and in oven, no sharp knives, no pot holders/hot pads, no spatula. The dryer did not work due to a clogged exhaust line. The counter staff did not know where we should put our trash, we found it within 20 feet of their desk. The counter staff and the security guards gave conflicting reports on the smoking location.

GBMy recent stay at Island Winds East unit 405 My recent stay was at Island Winds East Gulf Shore unit #405 this unit was subpar in my opinion. Many issues: TV main room loosing signal all night, TV in bedroom did not work, furniture in unit was junky old and some broke, lack of silverware, glasses, knives, no black out drape in bedroom it faced outside hall where it was all lit up, exposed wire on light fixture in dining room and mattress on bed was not comfortable. We have stayed in many condos over the years but this one has to be the all time low.
