The tangled cables hanging from the wall mount tv appears to have beed installed by less than a professional technician. The furniture has been broken, poorly repaired and should be replaced. The wall clock doesn't have hands on FB it. The 'radio, disc and tape player stereo does not work and is circa 1980ish. The refrigerator froze our food. Refrigerator was replaced but no offer to compensate our loss. The office staff needs basic 'hospitality training'. Sorry for the truthful review. Unit 201 is very disappointing and no one should rent it until improvements are made

We had an issue and had to relocate for… We had an issue and had to relocate for 2wks After 2ks had to wait for unit to be cleaned, when is finally ready?? FLOOR WAS WET. And dresser in closet was missing(after 3wks still no dresser. I have asked many times about compensation for the move we had to make and no place to put or clothes. All I've gotten is the run around

Parking was terrible here Parking was terrible here, not enough elevators for a huge complex, after 4 getting into our condo for such high rental price , Terrible internet service and had no service on our phones a lot!!! Would love a partial refund to have paid over 600 night !!!! Not going back here!!!

We stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores and… We stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores and had a great experience. The "verified clean" protocols they touted are definitely in place and they did a great job managing people and traffic flow. There were hand cleaning stations everywhere you looked in public spaces(even elevators). The unit we stayed in was very nice, uniquely decorated and VERY spacious. We will definitely be coming back!

First family beach trip!! So happy we booked for the Memorial Day weekend (Thurs-Tues), which made our first getaway with the whole family even more memorable. As soon as I found out Gulf Shores beaches were open, we booked our trip to include my boyfriend and my brother's girlfriend, my niece, along with our parents. 3 bedroom condo at Phoenix X was clean, and LOTS of CDC guidelines being followed by Brett-Robinson - perfect!!! Staff was attentive, security checks and constant cleaning in high traffic areas; I wouldn't expect anything less having stayed at this property previously. My parents, who aren't crazy about the beach, loved it! Ready to book again!
