GBRented 1325 Rented 1325, 2 Bedroom, at the Phoenix on the back bay last week. When we arrived there was sand in the master bed, roaches in the master bathroom, ironing board in master bath with iron on top, (it almost fell on top of my sons head), microwave handle broken, garbage disposal broken, two tables in living area broken on the sides, only 3 towels for the unit, 1 remote for 3 TV's, lamps in living area did not work. The last day of our stay we found other towels in the dryer. On our way back home we contact Brett Robinson and they transferred my call, then transferred my call and no one ever called me back. Interesting enough everytime I called they wanted to rent me another condo but nobody to field complaints.

GBDo not Rent! The carpet is stained and soiled The carpet is stained and soiled. The bathroom vanity is rotting at the base. The tangled cables hanging from the wall mount tv appears to have beed installed by less than a professional technician. The furniture has been broken, poorly repaired and should be replaced. The wall clock doesn't have hands on FB it. The 'radio, disc and tape player stereo does not work and is circa 1980ish. The refrigerator froze our food. Refrigerator was replaced but no offer to compensate our loss. The office staff needs basic 'hospitality training'. Sorry for the truthful review. Unit 201 is very disappointing and no one should rent it until improvements are made

GBRipoff How is it that you can collect the full condo rental price in Phoenix two with one elevator and no swimming pool iand constant construction noise starting at 8 o’clock in the morning. That takes a lot of guts. Shame on you. Never again

GBParking was terrible here Parking was terrible here, not enough elevators for a huge complex, after 4 getting into our condo for such high rental price , Terrible internet service and had no service on our phones a lot!!! Would love a partial refund to have paid over 600 night !!!! Not going back here!!!

GBTerrible policy to get more money from you. it is sad that a loyal customer for last 15 years will no longer stay with brett robinson(last 6 years in a row at same phoenix east location). They adopted a policy where you have to pay in full 30 days prior to visit or risk loosing full amount in case you have a family emergency unless you purchase additional insurance on top of deposit (which should be what the deposit should be for). Bad policy for loyal customers in my opinion. So long brett robinson.
