GBTerrible policy to get more money from you. it is sad that a loyal customer for last 15 years will no longer stay with brett robinson(last 6 years in a row at same phoenix east location). They adopted a policy where you have to pay in full 30 days prior to visit or risk loosing full amount in case you have a family emergency unless you purchase additional insurance on top of deposit (which should be what the deposit should be for). Bad policy for loyal customers in my opinion. So long brett robinson.

GBBeach vacation 2019 Rules need to be clearly stated somewhere--beach towels couldn't hang over the balcony, our beach cart wasn't allowed to leave outside our condo door (it had to be kept inside our condo). There needs to be numbers clearly painted in the parking garage to indicate what floor you are on AND mirrors need to be installed everywhere in the parking garage (because people come fast around those corners and you dont know when someone is coming around a corner and it is very easy to hit someone). Our condo was very nice, decor, furniture, etc. In our condo we continually had to reset the TV and we went 6 days without wifi (and it was turned in on Saturday and Monday). We will definitely stay here again.

GBCustomer cheers for Alex Dear Angie and Tom: 5 stars for your supervisor Alex! He took time and effort to resolve my query about why my new reservation rate on the website and the final billing rate differed. His solution showed his dedication to customer satisfaction and conscientious effort to make things "right.' Alex is a guy who takes customer satisfaction personally.

GBIsland Winds East is not suitable for families Can’t believe that Brett Robinson represents the Island Winds East Property. Condos are small and dated. Limited to 1 parking space per condo, including the 3 bedrooms. Worst of all is that their is no restroom for the pool, so it acts as a large urinal. Extremely disappointed in our stay, and as annual travelers to Brett Robinson properties this stay will serve as reason to book elsewhere in the future.

GBNeeds attention! We stayed in PW 1008 during February and March this year. We’ve stayed in the building before and again this time it was overall a good experience, even though it ended abruptly. However, this particular unit needs attention. The Beds, furniture, carpets, window blinds and appliances all show extreme wear. Well beyond any reasonable life span for rentals in this price range. I’d suggest checking it out before committing to a rental.
