GBDo not Rent! The carpet is stained and soiled The carpet is stained and soiled. The bathroom vanity is rotting at the base. The tangled cables hanging from the wall mount tv appears to have beed installed by less than a professional technician. The furniture has been broken, poorly repaired and should be replaced. The wall clock doesn't have hands on FB it. The 'radio, disc and tape player stereo does not work and is circa 1980ish. The refrigerator froze our food. Refrigerator was replaced but no offer to compensate our loss. The office staff needs basic 'hospitality training'. Sorry for the truthful review. Unit 201 is very disappointing and no one should rent it until improvements are made

GBWe stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores and… We stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores and had a great experience. The "verified clean" protocols they touted are definitely in place and they did a great job managing people and traffic flow. There were hand cleaning stations everywhere you looked in public spaces(even elevators). The unit we stayed in was very nice, uniquely decorated and VERY spacious. We will definitely be coming back!

GBReally disappointed I’ve stayed at Phoenix West II NO issues the stay was perfect no complaints but this one Phoenix West is so disappointing,I will not be staying here again. For one the cell service is horrible and it’s just little things but for what you are charged there shouldn’t be any little things …. like no broom, lock on patio door broke , shower curtain in one of the bathrooms doesn’t slide easy because it’s on a steel rod and the curtains hangers are to small , the TV the picture is horrible it’s blue . Like I said comparing apples to orange this Condo is is kumquat

GBPhoenix X Stayed at Phoenix X last week with family in unit 1412. The condo was very dirty especially the floors . The silverware had food caked on most pieces as did many of the plates and pots present in the condo. The view was nice and we enjoyed the balcony. It was disappointing to see how dirty the condo was especially in the midst of the COVID pandemic . First thing we did when we arrived was go to Publix and buy cleaning supplies ( as well as incidentals like toilet paper and dish soap as they don’t provide anything but a single roll of toilet paper ) and clean the whole place .

GBNeeds attention! We stayed in PW 1008 during February and March this year. We’ve stayed in the building before and again this time it was overall a good experience, even though it ended abruptly. However, this particular unit needs attention. The Beds, furniture, carpets, window blinds and appliances all show extreme wear. Well beyond any reasonable life span for rentals in this price range. I’d suggest checking it out before committing to a rental.
