Beach vacation 2019 Rules need to be clearly stated somewhere--beach towels couldn't hang over the balcony, our beach cart wasn't allowed to leave outside our condo door (it had to be kept inside our condo). There needs to be numbers clearly painted in the parking garage to indicate what floor you are on AND mirrors need to be installed everywhere in the parking garage (because people come fast around those corners and you dont know when someone is coming around a corner and it is very easy to hit someone). Our condo was very nice, decor, furniture, etc. In our condo we continually had to reset the TV and we went 6 days without wifi (and it was turned in on Saturday and Monday). We will definitely stay here again.

Do not Rent! The carpet is stained and soiled The carpet is stained and soiled. The bathroom vanity is rotting at the base. The tangled cables hanging from the wall mount tv appears to have beed installed by less than a professional technician. The furniture has been broken, poorly repaired and should be replaced. The wall clock doesn't have hands on FB it. The 'radio, disc and tape player stereo does not work and is circa 1980ish. The refrigerator froze our food. Refrigerator was replaced but no offer to compensate our loss. The office staff needs basic 'hospitality training'. Sorry for the truthful review. Unit 201 is very disappointing and no one should rent it until improvements are made

We had an issue and had to relocate for… We had an issue and had to relocate for 2wks After 2ks had to wait for unit to be cleaned, when is finally ready?? FLOOR WAS WET. And dresser in closet was missing(after 3wks still no dresser. I have asked many times about compensation for the move we had to make and no place to put or clothes. My recent stay at Island Winds East unit 405 My recent stay was at Island Winds East Gulf Shore unit #405 this unit was subpar in my opinion. Many issues: TV main room loosing signal all night, TV in bedroom did not work, furniture in unit was junky old and some broke, lack of silverware, glasses, knives, no black out drape in bedroom it faced outside hall where it was all lit up, exposed wire on light fixture in dining room and mattress on bed was not comfortable. We have stayed in many condos over the years but this one has to be the all time low.

Ripoff How is it that you can collect the full condo rental price in Phoenix two with one elevator and no swimming pool iand constant construction noise starting at 8 o’clock in the morning. That takes a lot of guts. Shame on you. Never again
