My recent stay at Island Winds East unit 405 My recent stay was at Island Winds East Gulf Shore unit #405 this unit was subpar in my opinion. Many issues: TV main room loosing signal all night, TV in bedroom did not work, furniture in unit was junky old and some broke, lack of silverware, glasses, knives, no black out drape in bedroom it faced outside hall where it was all lit up, exposed wire on light fixture in dining room and mattress on bed was not comfortable. We have stayed in many condos over the years but this one has to be the all time low.

Tired condo, untrained staff We stayed in Phoenix X, unit 117 September 23 through 26 2021. The unit was on the end of the 1st floor which is very desirable location. The pool and outdoor grilling area were very nice. As far as the unit, it was tired and needs updating. The sofas were stained and dirty, garbage disposal didn't work, light bulbs need replacing over sink, under microwave and in oven, no sharp knives, no pot holders/hot pads, no spatula. The dryer did not work due to a clogged exhaust line. The counter staff did not know where we should put our trash, we found it within 20 feet of their desk. The counter staff and the security guards gave conflicting reports on the smoking location.

Island winds West 272 Stayed at Island winds West, and could not be any happier. Condo was in great condition and nicely decorated. The refrigerator was making some noise during our stay, and lo and behold, before we spoke with any one, we learned a new one had been purchased and would be installed soon. Brett/Robinson is surly on top of everything. Will most likely rent again

RUDE STAFF CONDO DISASTER. Madean hour past check in… Made us wait over an hour past check in time even though we did all the pre check in required! We asked how long till we could get in we were going to get groceries right up the road said be ready in a few minutes it wasn’t, all dairy and meats just sat, dishes still in dishwasher ) I’m telling you this because they just called me and hit me with extra 175.00 cleaning fee because there were dishes is sink ( 3 plates 3 forks 1 small fry pan and a spatula) which is nothing compared to what I had to face on check in nasty frying pans ( I have videos) no sheets and bedding or pillows sand on floor beds not made right and the absolute worse bedding cheap , thin ! I’m not done yet but tired of typing also. THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST STAFF EVER . I’ve stayed there 3 times spend several thousand dollars never again !! DONT RENT FROM THESE PROPLE

Really disappointed I’ve stayed at Phoenix West II NO issues the stay was perfect no complaints but this one Phoenix West is so disappointing,I will not be staying here again. For one the cell service is horrible and it’s just little things but for what you are charged there shouldn’t be any little things …. like no broom,lock on patio door broke , shower curtain in one of the bathrooms doesn’t slide easy because it’s on a steel rod and the curtains hangers are to small , the TV the picture is horrible it’s blue . Like I said comparing apples to orange this Condo is is kumquat
