GBAwesome cabin My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and it was amazing!!! The jacuzzi was a plus! The cabin was clean and well taken care of. The location was about 10 minutes away from Helen so we were near restaurants and attractions, yet the cabin was secluded.

GBCommunication Communication was good except on the day the reservation was to start. We were told that you would call or text the entry code but instead it was emailed. And, once I left home i had no email access so it didn't do me any good... Phone or text would have been fine.

GBThe staff is always friendly and… The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have stayed at several different cabins and enjoyed each one. We wouldn't rent with anyone else.

GBI booked a trip over the phone 7 months… I booked a trip over the phone 7 months in advance and decided to cancel once I realized our group was too large for the property. I paid a $500 holding fee over the phone and was not told anything about it being non-refundable. They sent a rental contract in an email after I booked, stating that holding fee was non refundable, but I didn’t open it until after 48 hours of booking so I didn’t know. Additionally, the rental agreement said the holding fee was $250, not $500. The agreement has a cancellation claus with line to sign and accept the terms, I didn’t sign yet they still think it’s legal to keep my $500. After canceling, 6 days after booking and almost 7 months in advance of the reservation, they will not give me my $500 holding fee back. Amber, the office manager said they have contracts in place for this reason so they would not issue a refund. I said I didn’t sign the contract but she said the decision was final. I don’t feel this is an honest company at all and I wouldn’t book with them.
