I will never rent from Amelia Rentals… I will never rent from Amelia Rentals again. We paid an enormous amount of money for a very average home for Thansgiving. I called at 4:25 pm on day of arrival with question. Already closed. Answering service said someone would call me back and no one ever did. House was out of propane gas and we could not use cooktop. Called Friday morning and left message that we were having some issues and asked someone to please call me and no one ever called. Totally unacceptable

Lots of little issues that add up to frustration Hard to get a response. Not well prepared. Contacted cleaning service did not get condo ready. Had to wash our own towels to use. Lots of little things that add up to general frustration.
