GBStayed there last year it was great but not this year not Acceptable Stayed there last year it was great, this year was not. Place was not clean, floors were dirty, bedding was not clean blood on sheets, scum in bathtub, blinds falling down, TVs didn’t work, and other issues. Was told maintenance would contact me but they never did. Would not stay there again. I’m sure the owners of this condo would like to know this place is not being taken care of. Not Acceptable. The condo was 2-Ocean Place Amelia Island.

GBLots of little issues that add up to frustration Hard to get a response. Not well prepared. Contacted cleaning service did not get condo ready. Had to wash our own towels to use. Lots of little things that add up to general frustration.

GBI cancelled a reservation and was… I cancelled a reservation and was allowed to move the reservation to another date. When I rescheduled I had to sign a new contract. I ended up needing to cancel a second time for health reasons, well within the cancellation time of the NEW signed contract. Initially a credit was issued to me minus the 10%. I had no problem with this since it was stated within the contract. I received an email showing the amount of credit to expect. The next day Marcie ( I believe was her name) called and said no credit would be allowed but I could use the money I had paid then before the end of 2021. Because I went to the CC company trying to get my money back she was mad and decided that I would not be allowed to use the credit or reschedule as I had originally been told. This company is now stealing almost $1500 from me. I have emails and paperwork backing all this up. So BEWARE!!

CZRenter beware Renter beware. Management/owner is only concerned with their bottom line at the expense of the customer. While most other travel related businesses are giving full refunds for cancellations associated with COVID-19 virus, Amelia Rentals is not...they charge you 10% (based on rental rate PLUS associated taxes) if you are outside of the 30 day cancellation period and 100% if you are within the 30 days. This is my experience...you have the option to book with Amelia Rental or with other rental agencies...you decide.
