GBAll Cove wants is your money All Cove wants is your money. Since taking over the Willowbrook Park site they increased the pitch fee by £20 anr do not do much for the money. We were going to have security gates installed, it never happened. There is a brook running through the park and it is in a terrible state, they want the Residents to pay to have it cleared.

CAFrozen water lines My water lines froze last week when we had that cold cold weather. I called the Cove Park Office. The office sent someone out in that cold weather to help me out.Thank you to the office and they sent out men to help thaw the water lines

GBNot a good investment No guidance or support for residents or employees, jacked up lot rents for run down community, twice as many listings as last year, communities are old and outdated and not being addressed.

GBWe moved into the Meadows in Tarpon… We moved into the Meadows in Tarpon Springs. Just today they decided to place a volley ball net in a vacant lot right between two houses. When I called to complain, the manager finally called back to say it will remain there and be used occasionally. There was no notice no heads up. And the attitude was too bad for you. 900 plus a month to live next to an improptu volleyball game.

CAPleasant Living I would like to say Cove Communities has really stepped up their game. I moved in Nov/19. Everything was run quite poorly. I am very happy to say in this past year everything has changed for the better. The streets are being plowed now when it snows. The dilapidated Homes have all been repaired over the summer. Now the place is looking as nice as the people that live here. I actually call it Home now. I have gone from thinking I had made a mistake to being proud to live here. Thank you for stepping up.
