Strawberry ridge corporate greed by cove communities They bought our community strawberry ridge. Immediately huge raises in rents and fees. Trying to syphon off what people have worked for and accumulated their entire life. They don't buy communities the buy a legal license to steal. Corporate greed

I live in a cove community in Ruskin… I live in a cove community in Ruskin Florida- several years ago I had a travel trailer there- this time I am in my RV and have been here a year and a half and love it- they have done so many upgrades to the park- the lots are spacious- great activities and amenities! You get what you pay for. The staff here are friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend it!

CAUTION Cove acquired a community in Fort Myers. Raised the lot rent $417 a month and then added property taxes, Xfinity, etc that was included in the lot rent for the past 20 years. In turn, driving home values way down. Greed at its finest! Stay away, they have a horrible reputation! 81% bad reviews!

Frozen water lines My water lines froze last week when we had that cold cold weather. I called the Cove Park Office. The office sent someone out in that cold weather to help me out.Thank you to the office and they sent out men to help thaw the water lines
