Frozen water lines My water lines froze last week when we had that cold cold weather. I called the Cove Park Office. The office sent someone out in that cold weather to help me out.Thank you to the office and they sent out men to help thaw the water lines

Following our check-in on 31st Aug we… Following our check-in on 31st Aug we were disgusted to find the state the caravan was handed over to us. Old banana skins, tissue and food packets behind the sofa. Old plasters on the bedroom floor and in one of the double beds!!! The response from Bunn Leisure was that it was a bank holiday so not enough staff to handle the cleaning! Given the current covid situation this is far from acceptable. We are still waiting for a response to the issues raised.

Not a good investment No guidance or support for residents or employees, jacked up lot rents for run down community, twice as many listings as last year, communities are old and outdated and not being addressed.

Great experience Great experience! been to multiple RV resorts in Florida and they are clean, fun and beautiful! My family loves coming every year!

I live in a cove community in Ruskin… I live in a cove community in Ruskin Florida- several years ago I had a travel trailer there- this time I am in my RV and have been here a year and a half and love it- they have done so many upgrades to the park- the lots are spacious- great activities and amenities! You get what you pay for. The staff here are friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend it!
