Great experience Great experience! been to multiple RV resorts in Florida and they are clean, fun and beautiful! My family loves coming every year!

We moved into the Meadows in Tarpon… We moved into the Meadows in Tarpon Springs. Just today they decided to place a volley ball net in a vacant lot right between two houses. When I called to complain, the manager finally called back to say it will remain there and be used occasionally. There was no notice no heads up. And the attitude was too bad for you. 900 plus a month to live next to an improptu volleyball game.

They bought Bear Creek here in Ormond… They bought Bear Creek here in Ormond Beach. I’ve had my house on the market for almost a year now and can’t sell because they will raise the lot rent by $350.00 on whoever buys it! The community here had a scheduled town hall meeting with Cove and they cancelled at the last minute!! They are apparently not concerned about communication with their renters. I personally feel like I’m a hostage here. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy!!!

Frozen water lines My water lines froze last week when we had that cold cold weather. I called the Cove Park Office. The office sent someone out in that cold weather to help me out.Thank you to the office and they sent out men to help thaw the water lines

I live in a cove community in Ruskin… I live in a cove community in Ruskin Florida- several years ago I had a travel trailer there- this time I am in my RV and have been here a year and a half and love it- they have done so many upgrades to the park- the lots are spacious- great activities and amenities! You get what you pay for. The staff here are friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend it!
