Don't bother I've made multiple attempts on 3 different occasions and left messages by phone and email to contact this company in regards to a lot or mobile, on my last attempt I received a call back from head office and they informed me they would re-direct my inquiry to the right group This has not happened, no phone call no email If this is how you treat a potential resident I can only imagine how they treat an actual resident

Wow not buying now Wow. we were all set to look and buy in a cove community somewhere between dunedin and tarpon springs in florida. After reading these reviews, we will look elsewhere. This is so disappointing!!

Trying to syphon off what people have worked for and accumulated their entire life. They don't buy communities the buy a legal license to steal. Corporate greed

Great experience Great experience! been to multiple RV resorts in Florida and they are clean, fun and beautiful! My family loves coming every year!

Not a good investment No guidance or support for residents or employees, jacked up lot rents for run down community, twice as many listings as last year, communities are old and outdated and not being addressed.
