Trying to syphon off what people have worked for and accumulated their entire life. They don't buy communities the buy a legal license to steal. Corporate greed

CAUTION Cove acquired a community in Fort Myers. Raised the lot rent $417 a month and then added property taxes, Xfinity, etc that was included in the lot rent for the past 20 years. In turn, driving home values way down. Greed at its finest! Stay away, they have a horrible reputation! 81% bad reviews!

Following our check-in on 31st Aug we… Following our check-in on 31st Aug we were disgusted to find the state the caravan was handed over to us. Old banana skins, tissue and food packets behind the sofa. Old plasters on the bedroom floor and in one of the double beds!!! The response from Bunn Leisure was that it was a bank holiday so not enough staff to handle the cleaning! Given the current covid situation this is far from acceptable. We are still waiting for a response to the issues raised.

We moved into the Meadows in Tarpon… We moved into the Meadows in Tarpon Springs. Just today they decided to place a volley ball net in a vacant lot right between two houses. When I called to complain, the manager finally called back to say it will remain there and be used occasionally. There was no notice no heads up. And the attitude was too bad for you. 900 plus a month to live next to an improptu volleyball game.

Frozen water lines My water lines froze last week when we had that cold cold weather. I called the Cove Park Office. The office sent someone out in that cold weather to help me out.Thank you to the office and they sent out men to help thaw the water lines
