BIG TIME SCAM This definitely is a scam. We signed up in December 2021. With all the promises of getting our weeks rented out. We have had 2 so called offers and we had to do all the work. We are so mad at ourselves for trusting these people. This will definitely never happen again. We have read the previous reviews and can understand how all these people got scammed. Everything seemed so legitimate but after this length of time we have written this off. The automated response from the illegitimate company is clearly a sign that we were all scammed. Getting the money back will be impossible. So we have written it off as a life lesson. NEVER TRUST VACATION SALES EVER AGAIN!!!!

SCAM This company promises to rent your RCI weeks to outside entities and pay you top dollar for them. I have been given a few "offers" but all of them have been dead-ends, the rooms they request are booked and availability in the whole area is ZERO. On my last attempt to confirm availability RCI informed me that this is a scam. Don't fall for it. I see that VPM has responded to my review. They conveniently ignored the part where RCI has told me, point blank, that this is a scam. In fact, RCI informed me that it is against their terms and conditions to sell your weeks the way this company promises to do. If you were to sell your weeks this way your account is liable to be cancelled.

This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. I wish I was able to give them negative stars but not an option. Once they promise you a service, get your money they cut off all communication. It’s been almost a year since that dreadful phone call from Vacation Property Management Services. Not able to reach them by phone, put on hold by a third party company and on hold for over an hour. Stay away from this company. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I was suckered in. I even contacted the BBB and filed a complaint but after 3 attempts the BBB could not get in contact with this company. Vacation Property Management Services is a FRAUD!!!

I feel that this is a total scam as… I feel that this is a total scam as this company was to rent my Wyndham vacation property. Paid $2394 for listing and never heard from them again. Phone calls are not returned and email not valid. Beware of any call you receive requesting $$.

Same as everyone else, Scam Same as everyone else. I gave them the $2,349.00 for 6 weeks from RCI. They were to sell them to corporations for company conferences. I only had a few offers with no results. Now all the phones are disconnected when I called today and I need the money back because Im going through a divorce and it a marital asset that needs to be accounted for. Chris Powell is the gentleman I spoke with and he is the Manager.
