Total Scam My complaint is the same as all the others. I paid $2394 in January 2022 I was told I have 6 weeks to rent and they would be able to rent them for $1800 for each week. They sent me a couple of offers but always for check in days that the resort didn’t offer. Like they wanted a check in day of Friday but the resorts check in days are on Saturday. Once I even sent back other condos near by with the check in days and never heard anything back. This is a total scam. I wish I would have researched the company and reviews before sending them money.

I also have paid almost $2400 to rent… I also have paid almost $2400 to rent out my time share. I called twice and sent 2 emails to the company and still no response. Do not use this company.

Stay Away.. No one responds and they don't do what they say As other reviewers, I too find this company to be a fraud. They claimed a 180 days guarantee for my weeks, and then when that came up they automatically renewed for another 180 days. I have had a handful of offers with no sales of my weeks. Now that a full year has come, I cannot receive an email or phone call back from multiple voicemails/messages and emails. Basically they stole $2400 from me and now that they are being asked to be accountable no one is available.

But I received 3 offers, all 3 were duds. when I started calling them, they would always have an answering service take a message. then they were in meetings. Now they are blocking my calls. I am turning this over to the Attourney general in the state of ohio as a case of fraud for prosecution.

BIG TIME SCAM This definitely is a scam. We signed up in December 2021. With all the promises of getting our weeks rented out. We have had 2 so called offers and we had to do all the work. We are so mad at ourselves for trusting these people. This will definitely never happen again. We have read the previous reviews and can understand how all these people got scammed. Everything seemed so legitimate but after this length of time we have written this off. The automated response from the illegitimate company is clearly a sign that we were all scammed. Getting the money back will be impossible. So we have written it off as a life lesson. NEVER TRUST VACATION SALES EVER AGAIN!!!!
