We rented a villa in Italy We rented a villa in Italy. After paying in full, we were told the villa owner came under financial difficulties and the villa was sold. They offered to refund our money, I accepted that offer and have been ghosted by the numerous employees we have attempted to contact since. After the last "I'll check in with accounting on your refund"...not a word. All of this, of course, i have in writing in an email chain.

Don't Trust This Company We pre-paid $1,775 for an Italian villa through Rentvillas.com and two months before departure, was contacted by the CEO that they were unable to make the payment to the villa and we would need to pay the fees directly to the villa--again--if we wished to keep the reservation. Crushing, given we had saved for two years for this trip. CEO promised to reimburse us after selling some assets but it's been 5 months and he stopped responding after a couple months.

Awesome time in Tuscany Six of us women from Canada had an absolutely wonderful time at our villa in Tuscany. Alessandro was an awesome chef and prepared us a wonderful meal. The villa was beautiful and so welcome to come home to after a day of excursions. Highly recommend Poggio Antico villa and the truffle experience, wine tour, and cooking classes. Renata gave some us some tips on touring Florence and the local area. Have put it on our have to go back again!!!

A very helpful company for villa rentals. We rented a villa in Tuscany through RentVillas. The were very helpful through every stage of the process. They were available by phone and email to help in the selection process. Their website has very good descriptions of the properties, lots of photos, and useful reviews. Once you sign up they provide helpful suggestions on planning your trip, complete directions, and contact information. Prices are comparable to other sites and you can receive a discount by paying early. Highly recommended!

Exceptional villa for so many reasons Exceptional villa for so many reasons! Villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The grounds, directly on the lake, are impeccable, hot tub, pool, gardens, shade, sun..perfect any time of day or night. An added plus is the wine cooler to which we had access, so convenient just settle up when you're ready to leave. The house manager went out of his way to be helpful in the villa and also with touring suggestions. The meal-in dinner was perfect. Our grandson has serious food allergies, Diane and Andrea cooked a wonderful meal especially for him. A WEEK WAS NOT ENOUGH, CANT WAIT TO VISIT VILLA COMASCA AGAIN!
