Lack of professional courtesy & commitment, not following through the pre-decided rates. 1) The monthly rates for future months included catching up on past months. But after 20 days, they deny it, and instead charge me full monthly fee on backdated months. No bookkeeping company even in US charge like that for catching up on past months. 2) NO single point of contact with decision making 3)Tried setting up several meetings to resolve the issues. Later, they booked a meeting - still their senior decision making POC Rushabh didn't show up, and instead wasted time following up with other juniors. They agreed to provide me another quote for catch up months of 2023 in 2 days but then they instead stopped responding completely. Got a refund of $100 plus a wasted month in waiting.

I've been using Meru for years I've been using Meru for years. They do excellent work, are extremely friendly and easy to work with. They've done bookkeeping and Accounting for three of my companies for 3+ years. They are efficient and knowledgeable and very easy to contact. I highly recommend them

Frees you to do what you do best! The folks at Meru Accounting are great at what they do and charge a fair price for it. I’ve used them to keep my books up to date for my Amazon FBA business, and it’s a great help to be able to focus on what I’m good at as opposed to what I know little about (accounting!). They’re also extremely proactive about nudging me to deliver the statements and other information they need to do their job well, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to other e-commerce sellers looking to outsource the management of their books.

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! MERU ACCOUNTING IS A SCAM. They charged my company $509 deposit and never did any work. After 5 months, Rushabah & Harnish Shah never delivered A SINGLE bookkeeping file. They kept making promises, but nothing was delivered. I see other people had a bad experience and left negative reviews for them during a similar timeframe. I had to hire a different company, & Meru refused to return my money. I sent emails that our project deadline was up, notifed them that I had to hire a different firm, and they still refused to return my money. To this day, they are still invoicing me for services not rendered. What a scam! They've shown no remorse for taking my money and wasting my time. Do not trust these people. Rushabah and Harnish Shah are professional scammers preying upon hard-working people like me. All they did was make excuses. Do not send these people at Meru Accounting ANY money. You will regret it. I am filing public and official complaints because they are thieves.
