GBClient from USA. Client from USA. Extremely disappointing experience. Lack of professional courtesy & commitment, not following through the pre-decided rates. 1) The monthly rates for future months included catching up on past months. But after 20 days, they deny it, and instead charge me full monthly fee on backdated months. No bookkeeping company even in US charge like that for catching up on past months. 2) NO single point of contact with decision making 3)Tried setting up several meetings to resolve the issues. Later, they booked a meeting - still their senior decision making POC Rushabh didn't show up, and instead wasted time following up with other juniors. They agreed to provide me another quote for catch up months of 2023 in 2 days but then they instead stopped responding completely. Got a refund of $100 plus a wasted month in waiting.

GBI previously worked with Meru and then… I previously worked with Meru and then moved away from them for a few months due to lack of consistency. HOWEVER, I am please to state that upon re-engaging with them, their performance and execution is much improved. Additionally their communication has approved. I find them waiting on me, instead of me waiting on them! :) I would recommend Meru Accounting on several levels: 1. Value (quality for the money) 2. Knowledge & Skills (in other words accuracy 3. Willingness to improve and grow (this is big for me and why I gave them another chance) 4. Quality of communication.
