Mark has been available by in person phone calls, text and email at almost any hour and even on the weekend. He took the time to explain the best options considering my husbands anxiety with the long flight. Mark came up with multiple options and customized flights to fit the times I needed to fly out of the US and Spain including arrival and departure from 2 different airports.
