He worked really hard to find the right flights for this 79 year old. He is still working to get my service dog approved on 3 different airlines. I would recommend Ryan to anyone and I have told family members to use him.

Any at first I must admit I was a bit skeptical but decided I would give it a go. I was met with respect and the information to my questions were answered intelligently and informative.
