He worked really hard to find the right flights for this 79 year old. He is still working to get my service dog approved on 3 different airlines. He was most personable and detail- oriented to search for the most cost effective roundtrip business class flight to Scotland from Florida. We needed to change the dates of our tip and he followed through with flying colors with the same price.
