Lance was awesome. I cannot say enough good things about him. He put together multiple options on various carriers for me to review, gave me excellent advice on an itinerary that would be far more comfortable for my family even without the direct flights I'd been thinking about, and got me pricing that was better than going through the airlines directly. He was quick, he was amazingly responsive, and even worked on his day off to help resolve some billing glitches.
