He put together multiple options on various carriers for me to review, gave me excellent advice on an itinerary that would be far more comfortable for my family even without the direct flights I'd been thinking about, and got me pricing that was better than going through the airlines directly. He was quick, he was amazingly responsive, and even worked on his day off to help resolve some billing glitches. Any at first I must admit I was a bit skeptical but decided I would give it a go. I was met with respect and the information to my questions were answered intelligently and informative.
