He was most personable and detail- oriented to search for the most cost effective roundtrip business class flight to Scotland from Florida. GBSKYWITHCLASS is AMAZING! I was trying to book complex airfare to go with a one-way cruise (start at A, leave at B), and I realized I needed an experienced agent to put the trip together. Lance was awesome. I cannot say enough good things about him.
