planning a month long European Vacation We are planning a month long European trip this summer and our agent, Enzo, was not only diligent in getting the best price for airfare, he was very patient as we kept switching times & dates as we were working through our proposed itinerary. The agent was excellent. The agent, Tom, was great. His responses and follow-ups were quick and gave us enough options so we can make the best choice for our need. The British airline cancelled our flight and scheduled us on flight 6 hours later missing the second connection, but Tom worked out a several options to meet our need. It would have been even better, if he caught the flight change and notified us for best options.

Carlos Kraus is the man! Oscar Kraus went to great lengths to help me with 2 one-way business class tickets from Barcelona to Atlanta. He has the patience of Job. Aside from some confusion as to whether British Airways had issued paper tickets(?) as opposed to e-tickets, Oscar comes highly recommended from a former travel agency manager (me).
