Good service! Raj Patel is a very professional consultant I was planning a vacation in Thailand and reached out to Above9 Travel. I was lucky to have as consultant Raj Patel. He found several options for Business-Flight and all of them were much cheaper than every other offer and possibilities I found. He did a very good job. At least I had to cancel the request because of my agenda. The reaction of Raj was professional, kind and he understood my decision. I will get back to Above9 Travel for all future trips. The agent was excellent. The agent, Tom, was great. His responses and follow-ups were quick and gave us enough options so we can make the best choice for our need. The British airline cancelled our flight and scheduled us on flight 6 hours later missing the second connection, but Tom worked out a several options to meet our need. It would have been even better, if he caught the flight change and notified us for best options.

Carlos Kraus is the man! Oscar Kraus went to great lengths to help me with 2 one-way business class tickets from Barcelona to Atlanta. He has the patience of Job. Aside from some confusion as to whether British Airways had issued paper tickets(?) as opposed to e-tickets, Oscar comes highly recommended from a former travel agency manager (me).
