GBThe agent was excellent. The agent, Tom, was great. His responses and follow-ups were quick and gave us enough options so we can make the best choice for our need. The British airline cancelled our flight and scheduled us on flight 6 hours later missing the second connection, but Tom worked out a several options to meet our need. It would have been even better, if he caught the flight change and notified us for best options.
