I do TONS of referring for Talk Hiring… I do TONS of referring for Talk Hiring and I have to say I've helped quite a few land interviews to better paying jobs. Harris is very compassionate about his company. As someone who does referrals I can tell you not to many CEO's care this deep even about the referral program they offer.
