GBI was to fly today 4/12/24 to London on… I was to fly today 4/12/24 to London on British Airways. So late last night early this morning I get a text that my flight has been cancelled. Long story short, the airline’s rebooking would not get me to London before the group I was joining left to Italy on the Eurostar. I made the decision to cancel my 16 day trip. Alex my travel agent was able to get me a refund. Very professional during all of my dealings with the company. He understood my frustrations of having this untimely event that ruined a long planned trip. I will definitely call on his services for future travel needs.
