Best routes to/from New Zealand Excellent customer service! Initially we had vague ideas about how much time we would be spending in New Zealand before/after an expedition cruise. Yanosh was attentive to all of our inquiries and offered many options. When we firmed up our dates of travel, he offered multiple alternatives for our consideration. We were somewhat flexible with our departure dates, which gave him more leeway in helping to plan our flights. He was always patient, polite and listened to what we were saying.

We're quite pleased with BBC Erik did his best to help us with last minute changes for which we are grateful. However, it sometimes takes a while to get communication going (2 emails and a phone call) which can be frustrating under the circumstances of our urgent problem. I'm hoping all will be good since we changed airlines and had to pay more for that different airline. We are pleased with BBC and hopefully will be able to do travel again with you.
