GBWow--every detail was perfect Wow--every detail was perfect. The customer service was outstanding and both guides, Ammi and Abiaz, were exceptional. Their knowledge of all, including flora, fauna, geography, history, you name it, surpassed our highest expectations. We now consider them members of our family. All accommodations were first rate and we felt safe at all times. We can't imagine a better experience could be had. The Deeper Africa staff were first rate on our preparations and their suggestions were excellent. What more can we say? We would recommend their services without hesitation.

GBDeeper Africa was a full service provider. Deeper Africa was a full service provider and handled all the details. Meaning, they we able to handle any needs or desires we presented to them. They were proactive and followed through on all commitments. Staff were knowledgeable and responsive. And, there were added value benefits like gifts and even a personalized lunch meeting to prepare us for the trip.

GBCan't imagine how it could have been better. Deeper Africa handled everything from start to finish. Totally experienced and professional operation. It was nice to be briefed on the details before we left - such that there was only adventure and awe - but without unnecessary drama. Can't imagine how it could have been better. Wherever we went in Tanzania with their guide, Ammy Nnko, we could tell he was highly respected by everyone we encountered. We so much appreciate him sharing his world with us.

GBWhen you prepared this years tour for us it was even easier than before ( which was pretty darn easy) When you prepared a tour for us for 2019 we had the trip of a lifetime! Or so we thought. Hard to imagine that this trip this February was even better! Everything was coordinated seamlessly and the resorts and our guides were second to none.

GBKenya - Great trip, but difficult to set up It was difficult to speak with a knowledgeable person when setting up the trip. The person who answered the phone could rarely answer our questions. Also, we did not think that having the same guide drive us around for two weeks optimized our experience. We missed out on having the diversity of guide expertise that we would have had by using the guides at each camp.
