Wow--every detail was perfect Wow--every detail was perfect. The customer service was outstanding and both guides, Ammi and Abiaz, were exceptional. Their knowledge of all, including flora, fauna, geography, history, you name it, surpassed our highest expectations. We now consider them members of our family. All accommodations were first rate and we felt safe at all times. We can't imagine a better experience could be had. The Deeper Africa staff were first rate on our preparations and their suggestions were excellent. What more can we say? We would recommend their services without hesitation.

Deeper Africa is an Amazing outfitter Karen and her entire team at Deeper Africa were absolutely amazing! Their attention to detail was impeccable. The itinerary that they put together between the activities and the hotels was incredible. They listened to our wants and needs and created something memorable for everyone. The transfers within the countries and outside the countries we visited were seamless. I would only use Deeper Africa if going to anywhere in Africa. Its a wonderful company with incredible guides and an amazing owner. Thank you for creating the trip of a lifetime for our family!

Excellence in everything (First, I give them 5 stars. I don’t know why the scale says 4.9. ) I recently returned from a 13 day safari organized by Deeper Africa. The staff at Deeper Africa did an excellent job getting us ready for the trip. There were 11 of us - my siblings, their spouses and our 91 year old dad. We were coming from different parts of the United States as well as the Middle East and Asia. They coordinated flights for all of us. They set up Zoom meetings with us to answer questions and discuss the trip schedule, the itinerary, what to bring, etc. They helped us with visas, trip insurance, medical coverage, and more. Their guidebook provided information on the different countries in Africa one might go to, what clothing and other items to pack, and a wealth of other information which was essential to being prepared for our adventure. The Serengeti National Park and the Tarangire National Park and surroundings, along with seeing the animals in their natural area, in and of themselves were magnificent and a truly unforgettable experience. I went to Africa just for this, never expecting that I woul fall in love with the country and the people. Deeper Africa provided us with three guides, Eufrasia “Sia” Nda, Ammy Nnko, and John Mndolwa, who were with us from the moment we exited the airport until our return to the airport. They greeted us with beautiful smiles, warm handshakes and a feeling of friendship. Their English was excellent and enabled us to thoroughly enjoy our time with them and learn about the country, the parks and the animals. Their friendship made this the most amazing and wonderful experience. They were in all ways truly THE BEST people one could know. Thank you John, Ammy and Sia. I know this is long but I can’t finish without talking about the camps where we stayed. We were at four different camps, which all provided excellent service and were extremely comfortable. Definitely the high side of glamping. They ranged from smaller camps where it was just our group to much larger camps with multiple guests. Deeper Africa staff regularly visit the camps where they book clients. They are aware of how each camp runs and the amenities at each site which is another reason that I rate Deeper Africa as a 5 star organization.

When you prepared this years tour for us it was even easier than before ( which was pretty darn easy) When you prepared a tour for us for 2019 we had the trip of a lifetime! Or so we thought. Hard to imagine that this trip this February was even better! Everything was coordinated seamlessly and the resorts and our guides were second to none.

Every call was answered promptly and all conference calls and zooms took place on time and the staff was fully prepared. These are connected and knowledgeable experts. They know the flights, hotel, dining and experiential options with deep detail. They know which operators are safe, excellent, and ethical. They care. They listened to all of my ideas. And went above and beyond to complete a schedule that would work with all of the details carefully planned. They have hearts. My journey involved two weeks of remote humanitarian work. They want people to connect and good things to be built. They support folks like me who want to help others. This is an exceptional company.
