When you prepared this years tour for us it was even easier than before ( which was pretty darn easy) When you prepared a tour for us for 2019 we had the trip of a lifetime! Or so we thought. Hard to imagine that this trip this February was even better! Everything was coordinated seamlessly and the resorts and our guides were second to none.

This company has incredible integrity This company has incredible integrity. What they said they would do, they did. Communication is excellent. Every call was answered promptly and all conference calls and zooms took place on time and the staff was fully prepared. These are connected and knowledgeable experts. They know the flights, hotel, dining and experiential options with deep detail. They know which operators are safe, excellent, and ethical. They care. They listened to all of my ideas. And went above and beyond to complete a schedule that would work with all of the details carefully planned. They have hearts. My journey involved two weeks of remote humanitarian work. They want people to connect and good things to be built. They support folks like me who want to help others. This is an exceptional company.

Can't imagine how it could have been better. Deeper Africa handled everything from start to finish. Totally experienced and professional operation. It was nice to be briefed on the details before we left - such that there was only adventure and awe - but without unnecessary drama. Can't imagine how it could have been better. Wherever we went in Tanzania with their guide, Ammy Nnko, we could tell he was highly respected by everyone we encountered. We so much appreciate him sharing his world with us.

Fabulous experience Fabulous experience. We were guided along each airport experience with help to get thru customs and find our way, we were able to speak with Karen when united airlines strangely canceled my husband’s flight to go home!!!!! Deeper Africa also prepared us for any Covid issues and found us hotels and Bid Air to transfer us to hotels. This is our third trip with Deeper Africa which should in itself say alot

The care that was put into every leg of… The care that was put into every leg of our adventure was careful and detailed. Anyone with whom we came into contact on the lodging/guide side of things was prepared for us and genuinely welcoming. This includes having been met at the airport in Maun, Botswana. Camp hosts in particular were informed of our limited needs (including a dietary restriction) and were graceful in accommodating them. This was our second adventure with Deeper Africa -- the first being ten years ago in Tanzania. There was a risk in it being not as spectacular, since Tanzania was awesome. But the Botswana adventure was wonderful.
