5 stars the entire process! Deeper Africa first took the time to get to know our family and our interests/goals for the safari, both to help build our safari and pair us with a guide that matched our interests. Our guide, Albert, was phenomenal. Beyond the classic safari sights (big 5), our family loves birds, and Albert is a bird expert. He spotted and identified 84 species with us! Albert was also very open and knoweldgable about culture and other aspects of Tanzania. We also had a customized anthropology experience at Oldupai. We would definitely use Deeper Africa for another safari.

Tanzania Safari We had an amazing 11 day Safari in Tanzania! Our guide Ammy made the trip for us, telling great stories, catering the drives to see the animals we were most interested in and ensuring we were comfortable, safe and having a great time! He was an incredibly skilled driver and navigated a muddy terrain with no issues, even assisting in the rescue of multiple cars stuck in the mud. The camps were very comfortable, the food was great and the animal viewing made this a trip of a lifetime. Would recommend working with Deeper Africa to anyone!

Deeper Africa is an Amazing outfitter Karen and her entire team at Deeper Africa were absolutely amazing! Their attention to detail was impeccable. The itinerary that they put together between the activities and the hotels was incredible. They listened to our wants and needs and created something memorable for everyone. The transfers within the countries and outside the countries we visited were seamless. I would only use Deeper Africa if going to anywhere in Africa. Its a wonderful company with incredible guides and an amazing owner. Thank you for creating the trip of a lifetime for our family!

Kenya - Great trip, but difficult to set up It was difficult to speak with a knowledgeable person when setting up the trip. The person who answered the phone could rarely answer our questions. Also, we did not think that having the same guide drive us around for two weeks optimized our experience. We missed out on having the diversity of guide expertise that we would have had by using the guides at each camp.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Apart from the Safari environment itself -- everything that Deeper Africa provided &/or arranged -- from start to finish -- enhanced our enjoyment of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. The friendly, knowledgeable guides; helpful caring admin support; the facilities we stayed in, the food and service provided were all way and above my expectation! Thanks again!
