Sophia now knows what we like, in the way of rooms and locations. Booking is always fast and easy for us and we get the extra OBC.

GBMichael went above and beyond making… Michael went above and beyond making sure we had all possible excursions with Oceania after being closed out of all of them. He was able to get us booked on one and told us we would be able to get others aboard ship. And he was right.
