My travel agent Kathleen My travel agent (Kathleen) is absolutely the best. And given that I can ask a lot of questions, the fact that she is diligent and responsive all the while with a great attitude tells me she is the top TA at OVC!!!

Online Vacations is our GoTo place. Online Vacations is our GoTo place. We travel a lot, we find the trip we want, call Sophia at Online, she books for us and we get additional OBC. Sophia now knows what we like, in the way of rooms and locations. Booking is always fast and easy for us and we get the extra OBC.

Booking was fine Docking was NOT GOOD LOCATION Booking was fine. Cabin was fine. Docking at far away docks from the cities we visited was NOT FINE. Other cruises were there and docked much closer to cities. We wasted tooooo much time getting into the cities to visit.

It's your personal vacation manager… It's your personal vacation manager that gets assigned to you. It gives you a dedicated point of contact to deal with, which makes OVC so compelling. I've booked 3 trips with them and the personal service and their knowledge has been great. We've never had an issue.
