So easy and reasonable! I'm inexperienced in getting flights these days. All I knew was where I needed to go, my time frame and that it must be non-stop and 1st/Business class. It would have taken me all afternoon to find all that. Sean found exactly what I needed (for well over 25% less than what I saw just glancing at airline websites) and, within 4-5 minutes, I had a ticket pending. An hour later, I had a receipt and a confirmation number. He was patient with me, courteous and prompt. I next plan to fly to Europe with family members and this service will my first step in planning.

Basil the agent that I was working with… The agent that I was working with Basil. He is very professional, highly eloquent, polite, patient and goes above and beong to meet the client's needs. Only people like BASIL make a difference in flying experience. AI can not replace human connection.

Sean is the best! Sean helped our group while we were in an emergency situation and could not find flights at all! Thousands of people were rushing to get these flights and Sean pulled through for our group of 6, and did so extremely quickly. We are so grateful and can’t recommend Sean enough!
