So easy and reasonable! I'm inexperienced in getting flights these days. All I knew was where I needed to go, my time frame and that it must be non-stop and 1st/Business class. Sean found exactly what I needed (for well over 25% less than what I saw just glancing at airline websites) and, within 4-5 minutes, I had a ticket pending.
