So easy and reasonable! I'm inexperienced in getting flights these days. All I knew was where I needed to go, my time frame and that it must be non-stop and 1st/Business class. It would have taken me all afternoon to find all that. Sean found exactly what I needed (for well over 25% less than what I saw just glancing at airline websites) and, within 4-5 minutes, I had a ticket pending. An hour later, I had a receipt and a confirmation number. He was patient with me, courteous and prompt. I next plan to fly to Europe with family members and this service will my first step in planning.
